Why We Started
Founder Jessica Harmon started Hoosier Cleaning after struggling to find a cleaning service she could actually count on. After years in hospitality — where consistency and detail are everything — she knew there was a better way.
She hired her first two cleaners in 2019, built detailed training processes, and grew slowly and intentionally. The focus was never on getting big fast — it was on getting it right.
